Job Overview

As a Groundskeeper, you are responsible for maintaining and improving the landscapes around buildings and facilities, ensuring that the community always looks its best.

Roles You Will Play

• Help maintain the entire property in an attractive, comfortable condition.
• Clean interior and exterior areas of buildings daily, along with performing seasonal cleaning tasks.
• Pick up and remove trash and debris from the property and dispose of it appropriately daily.
• Assist with maintenance requests and resident functions as needed.
