Job summary

Sodus Central School District is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Worker to perform routine campus upkeep, including mowing, raking, trimming grass, pruning plants, and basic maintenance of school grounds and facilities.

Responsibilities include snow and ice removal from walks, cleaning and polishing furniture and equipment, keeping grounds free of litter, and complying with written and oral instructions. The role requires good physical condition and prior grounds maintenance or cleaning experience.

• One year of experience as a laborer in park or grounds maintenance or in building cleaning work.
