Job summary

GDI Integrated Facility Services is seeking a reliable grounds/maintenance associate to keep outdoor areas clean, safe, and well-presented across our facilities. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently in varying weather conditions.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. We offer weekly pay, training, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and EAP options. We value safety and dependable teamwork on every shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions (rain, heat, cold).
• Safety conscious and able to follow procedures.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of parking lots and outdoor areas.
• Collect and dispose of garbage and trash appropriately.
• Sweep and pressure wash walkways and parking lots.
• Keep outdoor spaces clean, organized and debris-free.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of parking lots and surrounding outdoor areas.
• Collect and dispose of garbage and trash appropriately
• Sweep and pressure washing walkways and parking lot.
• Keep outdoor spaces clean, organized and free of debris.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.
