Job summary

GDI Security Services is seeking full-time Groundskeepers for a day shift (8:00am-5:00pm) in Wilmington, NC. Routine upkeep of parking lot and surrounding areas, with an emphasis on safety and reliability. Weekly pay, PTO, EAP, training, and other benefits are offered to support your work-life balance.

We value a strong work ethic, ability to work alone, and adaptability to all weather conditions. This role is open to applicants who pass background checks and consent to E-Verify.

• Must be able to work in all weather conditions (rain or shine, hot or cold).
