About The Role

We are looking for someone who loves working outdoors and maintaining the property's appearance.

How You Will Be Successful

• Keep all areas of the property clean and attractive, including common areas, walkways, hallways, breezeways, and amenities.
• Maintain curb appeal by removing litter, pet waste, weeds, cigarette butts, and assisting with minor landscaping.
• Assist maintenance technicians to ensure service requests are completed effectively and timely, satisfying residents.
• Report safety concerns, hazards, or maintenance needs to management.
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks as needed.
• Support snow removal efforts and other duties assigned by the property manager or maintenance supervisor.
• Ensure positive communication with residents, providing courteous and timely service.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of your work area.
• Adhere to Mills' values, policies, and procedures.

What You Need

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in groundskeeping is a plus.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
