Job summary

Bell Partners is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to keep the community grounds clean and well-maintained. You will follow established procedures, assist with gutter cleaning, landscaping, and general upkeep under supervision, ensuring safety and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications include 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 2+ years in grounds keeping and landscaping in multi-family environments. HVAC/EPA certs may be required depending on communities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of the property and surrounding areas.
• Keep exterior areas clean and landscaped to a uniform look.
• Assist with gutter cleaning, lawn care, and plant maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and use basic maintenance tools/equipment.
• Perform pool maintenance and snow/ice tasks when needed.
• Assist with vacant unit readiness and light maintenance tasks.

The responsibilities include the daily upkeep of the property, buildings, and grounds.
