Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior upkeep across communities in the Ranger, TX area. The role requires basic HVAC/plumbing knowledge, strong customer service, and reliable performance in a fast-paced housing environment.

You will respond to resident repair requests, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and privacy in all activities. We value teamwork, training, and a culture that empowers associates to make a difference.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required depending on community.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authorization before entering apartments.
• Ensure maintenance items are kept in a safe area to prevent injuries.
• Attend in-service trainings and education sessions as assigned.
• Coordinate with vendors for tasks like landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements and maintain regular attendance.
