Qualifications

• 1-2 years of groundskeeping experience is required.
• Experience with landscaping and exterior maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to operate basic groundskeeping tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior areas, common spaces, and amenity spaces to keep them clean, safe, and presentable.
• Perform daily property inspections and routine upkeep including landscaping, walkways, pools, and model spaces.
• Assist maintenance team with projects, signage installation/removal, tool organization and inventory control.
• Identify safety or appearance concerns and communicate them to the team to uphold company standards.
