We are seeking a Groundskeeper who takes pride in their work! The Groundskeeper is responsible for ensuring our community and curb appeal sparkles.

Vintage Raleigh West is a 379-unit luxury midrise community offering a range of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, along with townhomes. Residents enjoy top-notch amenities and a prime location that enhances their living experience.

As Groundskeeper, your mission will be to maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the community grounds and amenities; ensuring health and safety guidelines are adhered to for our residents and guests. To achieve this mission you will:

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the community including curb appeal, amenities, leasing office, parking lots, and all other areas of the property
• Dispose of any waste and debris throughout the community
• Communicate any health or safety issues to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Properly operate and maintain all necessary tools and equipment
• Plant, prune, weed, seed and remove foliage, shrubs, trees or grasses or other grounds work
• Assist in the preparation of make ready units
• Perform pool cleaning daily, maintain pool chemical log, and ensure proper chemical balance where/when applicable
• Complete all assigned services request

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING TO BLUECREST

• You have experience as a Groundskeeper
• You have worked at an apartment community; preferred.
• You have general maintenance knowledge.
• You are reliable and punctual.
