Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Groundskeeper in Highland Falls, NY to maintain common areas and support resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include debris cleanup, snow removal, vacant unit prep, and exterior inspections. Night/weekend on-call duties may be required.
A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required. You must be able to use smart devices and communicate effectively.

Regularly use hands to manipulate tools, machinery, equipment, supplies, and office equipment. Frequently stand, reach with hands and arms, climb ladders, balance, and stoop. Sit and stand to do clerical work. Regularly lift and move equipment and supplies up to 75lbs.
Work is performed in and outside a maintenance/machinery environment and in and outside residential properties. Employee frequently interacts directly with residents, maintenance and communities' staff during the workday.

Pay Rate: $21.00 hr.*
