The University of Chicago’s Facilities Services department seeks a Grounds Maintenance role to support campus landscapes. You will transport materials, maintain turf and plantings, and assist in events while adhering to university standards.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, two years of related experience or equivalent, and licenses such as a valid driver’s license and Illinois Pesticide Operator’s license within six months. The role is 40 hours per week with hourly pay.

Transport materials and/or equipment and perform duties consistent with the maintenance of the grounds and campus landscape areas in accordance with University standards and procedures for University buildings or properties.
$30.68 per hour.
