Job summary

Fred Enke Golf Course in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Groundskeeper to join Troon, a global leader in golf and hospitality management. You will perform landscape maintenance, operate small machinery, and assist with course setup to maintain high-standards on the course.

Ideal candidates have at least one month related experience or training and a valid driver's license. Regular attendance and safety awareness are required as part of our reliable team environment at the property.

Responsibilities

• Performs general landscape maintenance using hand held equipment.
• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery for edging, trimming and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed and vegetation.
• Assists with golf course set-up procedures.
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and debris removal.
• Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).
• Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their work areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities of the Groundskeeper:

• Performs general landscape maintenance using hand held equipment
• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material.
• Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean up).
• Assists with golf course set-up procedures.
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
• Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).
• Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Groundskeeper:

• One month related experience or training.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Regular and reliable attendance
