Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper for our Mt. Juliet, TN community. The role focuses on the maintenance of the property, buildings, breezeways, and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment for residents.

You will perform tasks such as debris removal, light bulb replacement, pressure washing, and preparing market-ready units, with monthly property walkthroughs and safe, efficient operations.
