Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Groundskeeper to maintain lawns, fields, walks and parking areas for the client locations in Alabama. The role focuses on safe, efficient grounds care and adherence to site rules.
You will mow, edge, prune, apply lawn care products, and perform routine repairs as part of daily duties. A minimum of three years' experience and a high school diploma are required; ability to lift 50 lbs and work rotating shifts may be necessary.
Groundskeeper
Responsible for maintenance of grounds for all lawns, fields, walks, pathways, roads and parking lots at the client location.
Education: High school diploma or equivalency.
Have completed an accredited apprentice program and /or graduated from a trade school a plus.
Must be willing to continue training in skill sets to maintain knowledge of the latest equipment and technologies.
Three years' experience as a groundskeeper. Have familiarity with grounds maintenance for facilities of similar size and scope.
Must have multi-skill set knowledge (Landscaping, irrigation, equipment operation, etc.).
Have the ability and willingness to work rotational shift, including days, evenings, nights as well as overtime, weekends and holidays as required
Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
Able to operate golf carts and other motor vehicles

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is: $17.65 - $20.77
