Grade -1
Min - $14.00
Mid - $17.50
Max - $21.00
Assists in maintaining lawns, planting beds, and general landscaping; ensures that roadways, parking lots, and walkways are clear in order to meet institution's groundskeeping standards. The incumbent performs routine grounds maintenance and tasks of an unskilled or semi-skilled nature.
These essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Education: High School or Equivalent
Licensure: Incumbents must possess a valid driver’s license and obtain a Class D Driver’s License within the first six months of employment.
Substitution Statement: An equivalent combination of related experience and education may be considered for this role.

Motor Coordination: While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is frequently required to talk and hear; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The incumbent is periodically required to sit. The incumbent is occasionally required to stand; walk; and reach with hands and arms.
