Job summary

Hilltop Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper for The Lookout in Richardson, TX. This full-time role focuses on keeping the grounds immaculate, performing daily inspections, and supporting light maintenance and unit turns.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience, a valid drivers license, and a willingness to work weekends and be on rotating on-call for after-hours emergencies. We offer strong benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.
• Valid drivers license and/or access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent curb appeal by daily maintenance and upkeep of the property grounds.
• Perform daily inspection of property grounds to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist with light maintenance duties, work orders, and unit turns.
• Ensure all property equipment is in working condition.
• Understand the overall layout of the property including equipment locations, pet areas, and pool/spa.
• Inspect the property; pick up trash and debris.
