NTS is seeking a Groundskeeper to support the cleanliness and overall appearance of our multifamily communities. This role is essential to ensuring our properties remain welcoming and well-kept, and helps maintain smooth operations on site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of community grounds and common areas.
• Perform daily upkeep including trash removal and general cleaning.
• Detail clean breezeways, handrails, light fixtures, and utility areas.
• Remove weeds, leaves, debris, and trash throughout the property.
• Clean and maintain pet waste stations.
• Operate compactor and ensure dumpster areas are clean and organized.
• Assist with seasonal duties such as salting walkways during winter conditions.
• Support overall property maintenance efforts as needed.
• Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with residents.
