Base pay range

$21.00/hr - $22.00/hr

As a Porter/Groundskeeper, you are at the forefront of maintaining a safe, clean, and attractive environment for our employees and residents. You are responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of the property, typically focused on the community’s public spaces and amenities used by our residents, such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, recreation areas, fountains, business centers, parking areas, and refuse areas. The How… While prior experience in groundskeeping, janitorial or custodial positions is helpful for your success, it’s unnecessary. We will show you how to maintain the property to the company’s high standards of cleanliness. Your focus is on keeping property grounds free of trash, waste, and refuse throughout the day, maintaining landscaping and watering as needed, and performing periodic maintenance on all common areas of the property as scheduled. Your friendly and efficient approach is perfect when engaging with residents while working around the property. • You will work full-time, generally Monday through Friday.
• During high-traffic holiday periods, the position is scheduled according to Company standards; the supervisor must approve schedules.
• We offer many benefits to meet your needs, including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance options. The company provides auto-enrollment in its 401(k) plan after 60 days of employment. New employees accrue 40 vacation hours in the first year and earn paid sick leave per state requirements*. Eligible employees also receive holiday pay (if working) or paid holidays (if scheduled off) for six holidays each year**.
