Job summary

AMC, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior and interior areas of our properties. You will manage daily upkeep, safety compliance, and inventory of supplies while delivering courteous service to residents.

The role requires initiative, ability to work independently, and adherence to OSHA standards. Full-time position offering competitive pay, benefits, and benefits-based incentives in a dynamic housing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily upkeep of property buildings and grounds, including trash removal.
• Care for, maintain, and inventory supplies and equipment owned by the property/management company.
• Remove snow and apply de-icer to prevent ice buildup.
• Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Report unusual or extraordinary property or resident situations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude with a required uniform.
• Respond courteously and efficiently at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of company and community policies and procedures.

We are currently seeking a Groundskeeper!

Groundskeepers are responsible for maintaining the exterior and designated interior areas of the property.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds to include cleaning and removal of trash
• Take responsibility for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company
• Remove snow and apply de-icer on passageways to prevent ice buildup
• Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents
• Maintain the required property uniform and ensure a professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Respond courteously and efficiently at all times
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of company and community policies and procedures

Compensation

Full-Time $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
