Job summary

Webb School of Knoxville is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to maintain a welcoming campus and outdoor spaces. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, values teamwork, and understands that every member of our community helps create an exceptional place to learn and work.

You will perform mowing, landscaping, event setup, and operate groundskeeping equipment while helping keep the campus safe and attractive.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform outdoor activities.
• Experience with irrigation systems and equipment maintenance is preferred.
• Dependable, collaborative work ethic; able to complete a background check.

Who You Are

You likely have:

• Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or facilities maintenance
• Experience with irrigation systems and equipment maintenance (preferred)
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform outdoor physical activities
• A dependable work ethic and collaborative approach
• The ability to successfully complete a background check
