Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring as a Groundskeeper at the Doubletree by Hilton Jacksonville Airport to maintain exterior aesthetics and safety while creating a world-class guest experience. You will perform outdoor labor, operate equipment, and support housekeeping tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior aesthetics, safety, and cleanliness of the property.
• Operate powered equipment in designated areas.
• Clean parking lot and walkways; water plants and mulch beds.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning; handle trash removal and basic upkeep.
• Support other departments and assist in housekeeping duties as needed.

What you will have an opportunity to do

• We are looking for a someone who loves to work outdoors, who is highly motivated, and detail oriented to join our team as a Groundskeeper!
• In this role, you will play a key part in creating a world-class experience for our guests!
• You will perform routine labor involved in grounds maintenance and construction, and related work.
• You will be working closely with different members of our team, so you will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.

• Your role: Maintain the exterior aesthetics, safety, and cleanliness of the property.
• Operate powered equipment in specified areas.
• Clean parking lot and walkways.
• Waters plants and mulch plant beds.
• Performs routine maintenance and cleaning.
• Performs a variety of labor duties including trash removal, trimming, edging, pruning, pressure washing, minimum painting
• Clean outdoor furniture and ensure public areas are pristine.
• Participate as support staff on any special projects.
• Report all abnormalities such as damage disease, insects, debris, etc.
• Support other departments as needed and as opportunities arise.
• Assist in all housekeeping duties of the Maintenance facility.

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00
