Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Groundskeeper for the Doubletree by Hilton Jacksonville Airport. You will maintain exterior aesthetics, operate grounds equipment, and help create a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and landscaping experience; you should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in a fast-paced setting. Compensation starts at $15–$16 per hour, with company-wide benefits.

• Carry out labor duties including trash removal, trimming, edging, pruning, and painting.
• Clean outdoor furniture and keep public areas pristine.
• Support other departments on special projects as needed.
• Report abnormalities such as damage, disease, insects, or debris.
• Assist in housekeeping duties of the maintenance facility.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

We are looking for a someone who loves to work outdoors, who is highly motivated, and detail oriented to join our team as a Groundskeeper! In this role, you will play a key part in creating a world-class experience for our guests! You will perform routine labor involved in grounds maintenance and construction, and related work. You will be working closely with different members of our team, so you will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.

Your role:

• Maintain the exterior aesthetics, safety, and cleanliness of the property.
• Operate powered equipment in specified areas.
• Clean parking lot and walkways.
• Waters plants and mulch plant beds.
• Performs routine maintenance and cleaning.
• Performs a variety of labor duties including trash removal, trimming, edging, pruning, pressure washing, minimum painting
• Clean outdoor furniture and ensure public areas are pristine.
• Participate as support staff on any special projects.
• Report all abnormalities such as damage disease, insects, debris, etc.
• Support other departments as needed and as opportunities arise.
• Assist in all housekeeping duties of the Maintenance facility.
