Job Overview

Vintage Realty Company is seeking a Groundskeeper at The Village at Fountain Lake in Gonzales, LA. The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the appearance of the grounds, pool, and clubhouse for the community. This position is full time, non-exempt (hourly/non-exempt).

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean appearance of the grounds, clubhouse, office & common areas
• Assists with the cleaning of the on-site model apartment
• Assists with keeping the parts and storage areas organized and secured
• Participates in the apartment make ready process as needed
• Operates in accordance with Federal Fair Housing guidelines
• Abides by OSHA standards
• Performs additional duties as assigned

Qualifications/Experience Requirements

• Ability to perform light manual labor and duties included above
• Previous Groundskeeping experience preferred
• Customer service oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
