POSITION SUMMARY

The groundskeeper has the overall responsibility of maintaining the campus grounds and all equipment used by the department in the maintenance of grounds and snow removal.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of trade or technical school
2. Ability to make independent decisions, use good judgment and demonstrate integrity
3. Proven ability to interact professionally and communicate effectively with individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds.
4. Must be able to work overtime upon supervisor's request or workload
5. Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license and a clean driving record
6. Maintains an on-call status for emergency problems
7. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
