We seek a highly motivated Groundskeeper to join our team. The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of outdoor grounds and landscaped areas. This includes tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, watering, snow removal, and general upkeep of lawns, walkways, and public spaces.

Your Role in Our Mission:

· Trim trees, bushes, grass, etc. and fertilize as needed.

· Keep the grounds clean and free of debris, trash, and leaves.

· Assist with general facility maintenance.

· Mow the yard using a riding lawnmower, tractor, or push mower.

· Trim and edge around sidewalks, flower beds, and walls.

· Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizer.

· Clean lawn debris with rake, shovel, and blower.

· Empty trash receptacles.

· Snow removal using trucks, shovels, skid-steer loaders, and/or snow blowers.

· Salting walkways and parking areas.

· Maintain all landscaping and snow removal equipment.

To Perform this Job Successfully:

· Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping or outdoor maintenance preferred.

· Communicate effectively with personnel.

· Ability to work independently.

· Strong time management skills.

· Know how to use hand and power tools, lawn mowers and different landscaping equipment, and snow removal equipment.
