Harbor South Partners, a real estate investment and management firm based in Buffalo, NY, seeks a Groundskeeper for FULL_TIME employment. The role involves maintaining the aesthetic and functional aspects of our properties.

The Groundskeeper will be responsible for regular lawn care, including mowing, fertilizing, and weed control. They will also manage tree and shrub maintenance, as well as seasonal decor and event setups.

The annual salary range for this position is between $44,000 and $61,679, which is competitive within the industry.
