Text "READY" to 81555 to download JobStack and get started todayPay Rate:The pay rate for this job is $16 - $16 / hour*What you'll be doing as a Groundskeeper :Maintain the cleanliness of an assigned fairgrounds zone from start to finish during your shiftCollect litter and empty trash receptacles before they become fullReplace trash liners and transport waste to designated disposal areasWipe down picnic tables, benches, and other public seating areasSweep walkways and remove debris from sidewalks, entrances, and common areasRespond quickly to spills and other cleanliness issues to help maintain a safe environmentMonitor your assigned area for cleanliness, stocking needs, and potential safety hazardsWork independently while communicating with supervisors when additional assistance is neededPerform other general cleaning and grounds maintenance duties as assignedAvailable shifts:Shift timings - All AvailableJob requirements:Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReadyAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.Ability to frequently bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.Able to work independently and take ownership of an assigned area.Dependable with strong attention to detail and a commitment to keeping the fairgrounds clean.Closed-toe shoes are required.
