Job Summary:

As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of the property to enhance its curb appeal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to care for grounds, buildings, and amenities
• Perform daily upkeep, including cleaning and trash removal
• Maintain, repair, and inventory supplies and equipment
• Landscape the community as instructed
• Assist with minor repairs
• Rake, sweep, shovel, and salt as needed

Qualifications:

• At least one year of groundskeeping or relevant experience
• Proficient with manual and power tools
• Follow safety guidelines
• Attention to detail
• Excellent listening skills
