Arbor Masters is seeking a Ground Specialist in Springville, IA to support tree care operations. The role involves performing labor-intensive outdoor tasks, assisting with climbing activities, and ensuring safety and quality in every job.

The position requires attention to safety, physical endurance to work in varied weather, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ground duties are supervised by the Foreman to maintain high standards and efficient production.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• Able to perform labor-intensive outdoor work in varying weather.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are maintained and accounted for before and after each job.
• Assist climber with tools and safety protocols as needed.
• Remove limbs and debris to disposal area; perform yard cleanup.
• Operate hand tools such as chainsaws, rakes, and blowers.
• Maintain high quality in all work performed.
• Follow AM safety policies and ANSI/OSHA standards.
