Job summary

Arbor Masters in Parkville, MO is seeking a Ground Specialist to join our tree care team. This full-time role focuses on safe, quality ground operations under the Foreman’s supervision, with a pay range of $20–$23 per hour.

You’ll maintain tools and equipment, assist climbers, remove limbs and debris, and follow ANSI/OSHA safety standards. Applicants must be 18+ and hold a valid driver’s license; lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• Safety-conscious and able to follow directions.
• Able to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are maintained and accounted for before/after each job.
• Aid climber with tools and safety protocols.
• Remove limbs and debris to disposal area (yard cleanup).
• Operate hand equipment including chainsaws, rakes, and blowers.
• Maintain high quality in all work performed.
• Follow AM safety policies, ANSI Z133.1, OSHA safety standards, and ANSI A300 Pruning standards.
