Qualifications

• 1–2 years of landscaping, groundskeeping, or facility maintenance experience.

• Able to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Able to pass customer background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lawn & Garden Care: mow, edge, fertilize, plant and prune.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and maintain machinery.
• Facility upkeep: clean walkways, empty trash, exterior maintenance.
• Identify hazards and remove hazards; apply ice melt in winter.
• Irrigation maintenance: monitor and repair sprinkler systems.
• Comply with OSHA safety standards for chemicals and equipment.
• Adhere to company policies and perform duties as assigned.
