Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have experience with groundskeeping and landscaping equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds around buildings, picnic areas, and playgrounds.
• Operate zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, chainsaws, and hedge trimmers safely.
• Cut grass with walking or riding mowers and trim hedges/edges around walkways and flowerbeds.
• Apply fertilizer and insecticides to lawns, shrubs, and trees as needed.
• Plant grass, flowers, and shrubs and water lawns/shrubs during dry periods.
• Collect and dispose of leaves, paper, and litter.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
