Responsibilities

• Receive and execute work orders via our technology system, coordinating tasks to meet client needs.
• Maintain grounds, service vacant tenant spaces, inspect premises, and ensure visual appeal.
• Use company vehicles and tools to support clients outdoors, including litter pickup, lighting monitoring, and hazard reporting.
• Inspect building exteriors, parking lots, and surfaces for damage or concerns.
• Perform routine checks such as garbage liner replacement, roof and drain inspections, and meter readings.
• Assist with small projects and vacancy checks, including security, cleanliness, and safety inspections.
• Maintain mechanical and electrical rooms, inspecting for issues and ensuring cleanliness.
