The Properties at Wright Field, a residential community in Dayton, OH, is seeking full-time Grounds Technicians who are safety minded and experienced in landscaping and general maintenance. You will be responsible for exterior upkeep, routine repairs, and providing excellent customer service to residents in a friendly, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping and general maintenance.
• Ability to work in a safety-conscious environment.
• Professional and courteous with residents and teammates.
• Willingness to rotate on-call shifts if required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and perform routine repairs.
• Operate exterior lighting, snow removal, pond maintenance, seasonal cleanup.
• Mow lawns, remove trash, and perform exterior painting as needed.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and communicate with residents professionally.
