Job summary

Capano Management Company is seeking a groundskeeper to maintain the Cavalier Country Club grounds and surrounding areas in Newark, DE. The role includes routine landscaping, debris removal, snow shoveling, and salting walkways to prevent ice buildup.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. You will work as part of a team, upholding safety standards and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of the assigned property.
• Maintain cleanliness outside each building and the grounds surrounding each building.
• Maintain a uniform landscaped look by picking up all debris around buildings, common areas and breezeways.
• Follow established procedures for maintaining tools and equipment.
• Shovel snow when necessary.
• Spread salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup when necessary.
• Must follow all safety procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned.
