• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general grounds maintenance tasks, including porter services, sweeping, watering, emptying trash cans, landscape repairs, and shrub pruning.
• Assist with landscaping installations as needed.
• Participate in seasonal snow removal duties.
• Operate light and heavy equipment under supervision.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Support the team by performing other related duties as required to achieve department goals
