Job summary

Reinhart Landscaping & Snow is a Central Illinois grounds maintenance firm seeking qualified team members with a can-do attitude. Training is available for candidates without landscaping background who show strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include basic grounds maintenance, weed control, pruning, snow removal, and excellent customer service. Schedule features 6am–6pm, 4x10 hour days Mon-Thu, with Fridays as needed for rain days or additional projects.

Qualifications

• Must have a high level of attention to detail and reliability.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional appearance.
• Ability to manage time and complete tasks efficiently.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic grounds maintenance such as weed control, pruning, trimming, and cleanup.
• Patrol landscape beds, tree rings, parking lots, sidewalks for weeds and apply spray as needed.
• Assist in landscaping work and snow removal.
• Complete all paperwork properly and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver exceptional customer service.
