Job summary

Axiom Property Management in the Kansas City area is seeking a Grounds Technician/AFC Apprentice to service properties primarily in the Gladstone and Kansas City, MO areas, with occasional cross-property work.

The role focuses on grounds upkeep, including litter, debris, and pet droppings, hallway maintenance, and trash-outs of vacant units. You may assist with maintenance tickets, readies, and other tasks as directed by the Regional Maintenance Manager or Community Manager.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background/driving record check
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Valid Driver’s License
• Positive references

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds including the removal of litter, debris, and pet droppings; upkeep of common areas and trash-outs of vacant units.
• Assist with maintenance tickets, readies, and other tasks assigned by the Regional Maintenance Manager or Community Manager.
