Employment: Part Time, Seasonal or Full Time

Position Summary:

As a Sewickley Heights Golf Club Grounds Team Member, you will assist with daily golf course maintenance and help provide excellent playing conditions for our members and guests. You will work alongside the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendents, and fellow team members in a team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, reliable team player who takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily tasks including mowing, rolling, raking bunkers, watering, etc.
• Operate various pieces of turf equipment.
• Communicate with management and teammates.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve goals.

Working Conditions:

• Early morning start times.
• Often required to stand, walk, and use hands to operate machinery, tools or controls.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30lbs occasionally.
• Moderate exposure to weather and environmental conditions. (heat, rain, pollen, etc.)
• Moderate exposure to machinery. (gas, diesel, vibrations)
• Sometimes work extended hours during golfing and holiday season.
