Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a part-time seasonal Grounds Team Member at the Sandhills Global Youth Complex in Lincoln, Nebraska. The role involves maintaining the sports fields and facilities, ensuring safety and aesthetic appeal for events.

The Grounds Team Member is responsible for the maintenance, care, and preparation of the sports fields, indoor/outdoor facilities, and surrounding grounds. The role ensures that the fields and complex are safe, aesthetically pleasing, and ready for use by athletes and visitors.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to indoor and outdoor conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but may become escalated at times.
