• Occasionally assist with mowing or weed-eating as needed (not a primary duty).
• Maintain clean walkways, landscaped areas, and common grounds.
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions – Extreme heat, rain, cold, snow.
