This role suits someone who enjoys outdoor work and cares about plants and groundskeeping, within a collaborative team setting. Responsibilities include mowing, pruning, planting, irrigation, and operating landscaping equipment while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Physical requirements: lift, stand, stoop, crouch, sit; ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Prior experience operating lawn care equipment.
• Irrigation experience preferred but not required.
• Valid SC driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns, trim and prune bushes and trees, and edge walkways to maintain a neat appearance.
• Plant, water, fertilize, and apply treatments to lawns and gardens.

Requirements

• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position (lift, stand, stoop, crouch, sit).
• Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time in various weather conditions.
• Prior experience operating lawn care equipment.
• Some irrigation experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable with the ability to perform routine tasks with little to no supervision.
• Valid SC driver's license with clean driving record.
• Attention to detail.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to safely lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb, stoop, bend, squat, lift, stretch, push, pull, twist, kneel, stand, walk, sit, reach, and operate a computer keyboard.
• Ability to safely climb up and down stairs and/or ladders.
• Ability to work primarily outside, with possible exposure to the extremes of hot or cold weather.
