Job summary

Westgate Resorts in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Grounds Supervisor to manage daily grounds maintenance, operate trucks and golf carts, and supervise a team.

You will perform trash collection, curb cleaning, and lawn care while ensuring safety and high service standards. Requires up to 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Background check, drug test, and eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate a pickup truck and/or a golf cart for daily work.
• Empty all trash cans at pools, three story buildings and team member parking lot as needed.
• Pick up trash from curbs on property and surrounding areas to highway.
• Sweep curbs and sidewalks.
• Empty dumpsters and operate trash compactor.
• Break down cardboard items and place in appropriate containers.
• Operate lawn equipment (mowers, weed eaters, chainsaws, etc.).
• Trim trees and keep work area clean, neat, and safe.
