ZRS is a leading residential property management company committed to providing consistent service to our residents and clients through the recruitment, hiring, and retention of talented professionals in the apartment industry.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the property, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining buildings and breezeways, ensuring they are free of trash and cobwebs
• Sweeping and blowing debris from walkways and common areas
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings
• Walking the property monthly to inspect conditions
• Pressure washing building exteriors
• Preparing units for market readiness
• Cleaning all common areas, model units, and amenities
• Maintaining the compactor area free of debris
