Crew Member

Reports to: Supervisor, Account Manager

Job Description

The job entails maintaining and assisting in the care for each property throughout the week. A Crew member must be a great team member and must be receptive to the Crew Leader. A Crew Member will be responsible for assisting the Crew Leader and other Crew Members while preparing for the day and week. On site, the Crew Member must be willing to use all equipment and perform all tasks necessary to ensure proper completion of annual landscape tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform landscape and grounds maintenance tasks
• Assist Crew in completion of route
• Assist Crew to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist entire Grounds department when needed
• Operate all Grounds Maintenance equipment
• Maintenance and care for truck and equipment

Skill Requirements

• Landscape and grounds knowledge
• Able to use all landscape equipment
• Willing to work outside for your work day
• Willing to work in all types of weather
• Positive attitude and will to represent Cross Creek well
