KMG Prestige is seeking a Maintenance Technician / Grounds Technician to join our team in Ecorse, MI who enjoys new challenges, takes pride in their work, and is detail oriented. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and timely service requests. Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the overall maintenance of the property, service requests, apartment turns, and emergency on-call.

4. Ability to safely use snow removal equipment
5. Ability to safely use lawncare equipment
