Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform various grounds maintenance functions to support assigned contract.
• Assist in planning and completing modifications and repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of grounds equipment.

Skills

Ability to climb, bend, squat, lift and carry objects from 10-60 pounds

Knowledge of methods in grounds keeping and use of lawn equipment

Ability to operate hand tools and power tools

Ability to read and understand work orders

Team member collaboration skills

Education

High school diploma or GED
