Management Services Corporation (MSC), a property services company, seeks a Maintenance/Grounds Technician Assistant at Ashley Park Apartments in Richmond, VA. The role supports the Facilities Maintenance team by keeping outdoor and common areas safe and attractive, and by handling basic apartment maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities include grounds cleanup, basic repairs, plumbing/electrical/HVAC cross-training, 'trash-out' duties, snow removal, and ensuring curb appeal year-round.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Little or no previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience needed.
• Must have valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Assist with maintenance and turnover, including basic repairs.
• Cross train in plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC.
• Perform trash-out duties at vacated apartments on a daily basis.
• Maintain curb appeal and keep common areas clean year-round.
• Follow safety procedures and report issues to the manager.
