Responsibilities

• Operate equipment for moving dirt, rock, trash, or debris; lift up to 50 pounds as required.
• Assist with installation of banners, flags, and signage; monitor safety and cleanliness.

Assist with various exterior duties for Prestonwood Baptist Church (“PBC”) campuses including landscaping, maintenance, and irrigation needs.Responsibilities:Perform and/or assist in maintenance of landscaping and exterior spaces, including ballfields and lake areasSurvey exterior areas to determine irrigation needsPerform irrigation inspections and repairsPerform landscape maintenance, including small tree maintenanceOperate equipment for moving or removing dirt, rock, trash, or debrisPerform minor repairs to exterior repair equipmentMonitor campus grounds to assure safety and cleanlinessAssist with repair or replacement of traffic and parking signageInspect and ensure structural integrity of driveways, parking areas, and sidewalksAssist with installation of campus banners and flagsOther duties as assignedRequirements:Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of a Bible believing and preaching ministryExperience with irrigation and landscaping preferredPossess and display attention to detailGood communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility, excellent judgement, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently or within a team environmentPossess current driver license, personal vehicle insurance and a clear driving record for clearance to drive PBC owned/rented vehiclesPossess and maintain forklift certification, or complete upon hireWilling to work inside or outside in varying heat and cold consistent with outside weather conditionsAbility to work a Monday – Friday scheduleMust be able to stand, walk, bend, reach overhead and kneel on a consistent basis and be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance
