Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. in Tonawanda, NY is seeking a reliable Ground Maintenance worker to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized plant facility. The role focuses on outdoor maintenance, groundskeeping, snow removal, and operating maintenance equipment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and prior landscaping or snow removal experience. You will lift up to 50 lbs, manage debris and pests, and follow all safety guidelines to keep walkways

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license.
Prior landscaping/snow removal experience required.
Operate landscaping/snow plow/bobcat/forklift and other maintenance equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Outdoor maintenance including but not limited to groundskeeping, general yard upkeep, salting, etc.
Snow removal/ice prevention
Remove debris, trash and leaves from walkways and paths
Ensure maintenance equipment is properly maintained and stored
Control pests and handling invasive plants/weeds
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
